St. Francis of Assisi, continues to inspire the ecumenical ministry
of the Retreat Centre as we approach our 61st year of continuous
service and the 800th year of Franciscan life worldwide.
Today We Continue to offer a variety retreats to the many people who
desire spiritual nourishment and prayerful direction as we proclaim
God’s message of life in abundance and provide an atmosphere of
welcome, quiet and peace where they can grow spiritually as they
deepen their awareness of God, themselves, others and all creation.
We look forward to the next 60 years as we strive to serve the
people of Southern Alberta while maintaining the traditions of St.
Francis for peace, the environment, and serving the prayerful needs
of our community.
