The Franciscan Mission Office of the Holy Spirit Province of Canada is part of the long Franciscan tradition in support of evangelization and missions. Its objectives are to awaken and develop the missionary spirit among Canadian friars and the general public and to support our missionary projects in mission countries.

Franciscan Missionary Union
Founded in 1961 by the Franciscans in Western Canada, the Franciscan Missionary Union supports their international mission projects, thanks to the generous support from many donors. To assure optimal accountability and transparency in the use of funds, the FMU only supports missionary ventures overseen by members of the Franciscan family who follow our expectations in financial record keeping.

The Commissariat of the Holy Land in Canada is the Canadian office the Franciscan Custody of the Holy Land which is located in Jerusalem and which serves the Church throughout Israel, Palestine, and surrounding countries.
