We all know that science is important in understanding nature, and we also know that there is a whole lot more to nature than science can see. And we also know that the Franciscan spirituality has a specific affinity for nature, beginning with St. Francis affectionately addressing even little critters as brother or sister.
But how do we bring these two together? What can scientists teach Franciscans? As a scientist who turned to philosophy after becoming a Franciscan friar, I have spent a lot of time thinking and writing about it. Of course, I want to share these results as freely as possible with all others who have an interest in my results, and the internet makes this possible.
I now have a website: joachimostermann.org. Please check it out!
