Thanksgiving: Always Gratitude
Becoming a Franciscan
Discerning one’s vocation, religious or otherwise, is no easy task. We have nearly endless options. Identifying God’s voice amid social pressures and individual desires is challenging.
Scripture reminds us: We are “to love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and to love your neighbor as yourself” (Luke 10:27).
Entering into a time of discernment is discovering how to love God and your neighbor as yourself. Is the Franciscan life a path for you towards this love? The vocational director and the Franciscans will assist with your discernment.
